Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had beautifully furnished rooms that matched the age of the establishment, with fresh and clean interiors. However, the windows were old-fashioned and somewhat tricky to adjust. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Megan, who spoiled us during our stay. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the old town with easy access to shops and dining options. The dining experience, including the cooked-to-order breakfast, was a delightful surprise. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with beautiful views of Town Square during the festive season. However, the lack of a mini fridge in the rooms was a drawback for keeping drinks cold.
The hotel's rooms with downtown view were clean and spacious, but could benefit from having a coffee maker and refrigerator. The service was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location, in the heart of downtown Prescott, is perfect for exploring the city. Although the dining is no longer free with the stay, it is considered top-notch by locals. However, having to use limited dining certificates may add extra costs. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay pleasant overall.
